For those joining the Ms. MCUMAF Inc. 2026 and Little Ms. MCUMAF Inc. 2026, and Ms MCU Auxiliary USA 2026 , the winners will be judged by the most funds earned/solicited (donation, souvenir program Ads ). Vote count ends at 4 pm on September 6, 2026. Coronation will be held during the GALA night.

- For Ms MCUMAF Inc 2026 – needs to be MCU College of Medicine graduate, no age limit
- For Little Ms MCU USA. 2026 -anybody 12 years old and below
- For Ms MCU Auxiliary USA 2026- auxiliary and guests , does not need to be an MCU graduate, no age limit
