Message: To All MCUFDTMF Alumni in the USA

By: Lutgarda C. Quito, M.D.; Class 1960; Former Executive Vice President, Manila Central University College of Medicine

I offer a little prayer.

"May God, our best Teacher and Healer, continue to bless and guide us. May He shower us with His blessings. May we take His hand and walk the path to Peace, Love, and Success."
I reckon it's best to start with a prayer. With gratefulness in our hearts, we acknowledge the many gifts we have received, and the various opportunities open to our reach in the future.

Mrs. Luningning T. Estanislao and I met with you annually from 1984 through 2019. We gave you overviews of the state of affairs in your Alma Mater---both the College's achievements and needs. You extended your full support. You opened your hearts, minds, ears, (and, most appreciatively, your homes) to us. Your valuable moral and financial contributions benefit our educational programs and enhance our ability to provide medical missions in underprivileged communities. You accompany us in building a healthy nation by graduating fully-honed doctors.

On a personal level, I thank you for your help during my tenures as Dean of the College of Medicine and as Executive Vice President. Your moral and financial support helped facilitate and achieve my offices' annual objectives and programs. I look back with warm gratefulness to all. You are indeed great friends.

May we continue to travel the road to Peace, Love, and Success!

God Bless Us!

Lutgarda C. Quito, M.D.
